My client is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your mission is to support your team by ensuring timely assessment of requests, customer financial analysis and by helping customers with their services.

Key Tasks:

  • Building partnerships with assigned clients
  • Evaluating requests and communicating approval or rejection.
  • Ensuring the best customer experience and reseller satisfaction.
  • Supporting Sales force and interact with customers.
  • Managing Complaints and directing them to the relevant team.
  • Reviewing accuracy and ensure completeness of all information and documentation.
  • Contact with colleagues and/or Customers to collect the missing information/documentation.
  • Entering relevant data into management IT systems.
  • Providing support with the contract process.

Experience and Skills

  • A natural rapport builder - able to quickly engage with a wide variety of people

  • Perseverance - the desire to complete tasks to support colleagues and clients
