Based Surrey - 4 days each week in the office (Monday to Thursday)
Base Salary £50-60k with Bonus

Role -
Looking for a challenging yet rewarding role? �? We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Bid Manager, focusing on the NHS and social housing sectors. This is your chance to lead end-to-end bid processes and provide expert presales support. Your mission is to ensure our SaaS solutions shine, meeting stringent compliance requirements and truly addressing client needs.
You'll be in the driving seat, managing ITTs, PINs, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders, all while working closely with sales, marketing, legal, product, and finance teams to craft compelling proposals. This isn’t just about ticking boxes - it's about delivering high-quality documents like pricing models and solution architectures, and making sure we are always one step ahead.
In addition, you'll play a key role in presales activities, from product demonstrations to proof of concepts. Applicant -
- Proven experience in at least one of bid management, presales, sales operations or a related role, (experience in the NHS, healthcare, or social housing sectors is preferable).
- Strong understanding of SaaS products
- The ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and client-focused manner.
- Experience navigating the specific challenges and compliance requirements of the NHS, social housing sector or public sector procurement is desirable
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring timely delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, customer-focused proposals and presentations.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop pricing models and cost structures tailored to the needs of the healthcare and social housing sectors.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and bid management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
