We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim Manager to lead one of our clients elderly nursing homes in Surrey. This contract position is ideal for a seasoned Interim Manager with expertise in operational turnaround and CQC compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and nurture relationships with residents, families, staff, and key stakeholders
