Join a prestigious Surrey-based law firm as a Legal PA! Our client is actively seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individualto join their Dispute Resolution department based at their head office in Guildford.

You will be providing PA and administrative support to the head of the department as well as a Partner and other Senior Associates or Associate Solicitor.

Daily Duties:

  • Prepare correspondence and documents, including transcribing digital dictation.
  • Manage mail and enclosures for dispatch.
  • Progress client matters in the absence of fee earners.
  • Arrange appointments and meetings, maintain an up-to-date diary.
  • Attend to clients both in person and on the telephone with professionalism.
  • Administer filing, including daily filing and retrieval of client files.
  • Provide support to other PA's/secretaries as required.
  • Undertake training for self-development.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all documentation and information.

Skills / Experience:

  • Prior Legal Secretarial/ PA experience working in dispute resolution OR contentious law experience
  • Experienced in creating court bundles using online systems such as "Bundledocs' (Desired)
  • Excellent touch-typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Advanced IT skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Knowledge of case management systems.
  • Understanding of law/legal practise.
