Our client, a forward thinking, established firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join their expanding team in Guildford.

You will be responsible for managing the corporate tax affairs for your own mixed portfolio of clients, including SME's, large companies and groups and overseeing, planning and reviewing the work of your team.

Key Duties include:-

  • Providing a range of tax services and business advice to a variety of clients from small, fast growing clients to large corporate entities.
  • Handling and managing the tax compliance process (corporate and personal) for your nominated clients, liaising with clients to resolve queries
  • Communicating with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met and overseeing client portfolios to ensure HMRC deadlines are met
  • Tax advisory services will also be an important part of the role and you will assist the partners with in delivery of advisory projects, as well as leading and playing a significant role in tax advisory projects yourself.

You will ideally have at least 4-5 years UK corporate or mixed tax experience in practice and hold a relevant qualification such as ATT and/or CTA or equivalent.
