Our client in Guildford has a wonderful opportunity for someone to join their team. Their current Finance Manager is retiring and therefore the new role is available.

You will be working with a Finance Assistant and reporting into the Managing Director. You will need to be a methodical and organised person who is rigid with processes but also be able to slot in with the team and enjoy the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring payroll
  • EoR Payroll
  • Monitor commission & bonus payments
  • Banking
  • Cashflow forecasts
  • Expenses monitoring
  • VAT returns
  • Month end
  • Year end
  • WIP - revenue spreadsheet
  • Oversee tenancy renewals
  • Budgeting for events

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Experience of payroll
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • A team player who is highly organised
  • Pro-active and able to work without supervision
  • Able to prioritise and multitask in order to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Netsuite advantageous
