I am working with my client on a Project Analyst / FP&A / Business Partnering type role for about 3 months (with a possible extension).
My client has been given charge of a new project in the form of a business park and requires an experienced analyst to collate and present information to finance and non-finance stakeholders / board members.
Working with a selection of data inputs including lease agreements to highlight lost revenue on a particular site so they can understand the business better and collate data into easy to read and understand presentations (also in person) - using finance software, a lease system, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ideally qualified CIMA / ACCA or equivalent or qualified by experience.
Available to start in February.
The role is full time but there is flexibility if you need reduced hours. It is hybrid 2-3 days per week so you need to be located close to Guildford due to the onsite collaboration.
