With your current/previous experience in handling a book of private clients/HNW clients, you will be working on a hybrid basis, ideally 2 days in their modern Guildford office and 3 from home combining the flexibility for work-life balance.

Your responsibilities include-

  • Take ownership of your financial metrics- including lapse rates, MTAs, retention and new business.
  • Assist Team Leaders/Managers by preparing monthly management information.
  • Offer technical expertise and guidance to support team development and knowledge-sharing.
  • Evaluate clients' and prospects' insurance needs and risks, developing tailored solutions whenever possible.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will have-

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the client market and a well-established network within the insurance industry, ideally in the personal lines looking to transition to HNW or 3- 5 years of Private Client handling.
  • Demonstrated diligence in managing administrative tasks, policy documentation, and process compliance.
  • Proven ability to drive new business opportunities through outstanding communication, cross-selling and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Cert CII or above qualification (desirable).
