Project Finance Manager

Working for a cutting-edge industry whereby you will utilise your experience of working within either project finance or cost finance position within a construction / build & engineering background.

This is a project design & build reporting role and will not be managing people but will be responsible for the accurate reporting that is associated with a number of design & build projects.

You will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Financial planning, budget management including cost tracking and cashflow forecasting associates with a multimillion-pound project
  • CapEx reporting including stakeholder reporting and updates
  • Providing real time updates and visibility on project budget vs actual spend
  • You will be managing up to 9 significant projects and as such will need to demonstrate a background or working with multiple projects and large date set analysis and reporting
  • Preparing cost projects for each new site
  • Produce and present monthly management accounts for group entities, including WIP reports to project future revenue recognition.

Project Finance Manager will be / have:

  • CIMA / ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
  • Experience of working within oil & gas, construction or engineering
  • Proven experience in commercial finance management
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
  • Experience of working within a project forecasting environment
  • Strong stakeholder and investor management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
