Are you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator looking for an exciting new opportunity with a highly regarded boutique IFA firm? Join a dynamic team based outside Guildford, where you’ll support a growing client base of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients, providing a range of financial services including pensions, investments, protections, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications, scheduling reviews, and meetings.
  • Prepare documentation for client reviews and meetings.
  • Process letter of authority and valuation requests, liaise with product providers.
  • Handle the submission of new business and ensure applications are completed accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring all agreements and fee schedules are documented and signed.
  • Collect and verify client data, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Financial Planning Administrator or in a similar role.
  • A strong understanding of financial products such as pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Intelligent Office CRM experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
  • While qualifications are beneficial, experience is the primary focus.
