Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) - Surrey

Salary: Up to £50k basic + Uncapped OTE of £80k+

Our client is a well-respected financial services firm, offering tailored financial planning solutions across mortgages, investments, savings, and pensions. With nearly 20 years of success and a loyal client base, they are now looking for a dynamic Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial reviews with existing clients, assessing their circumstances and long-term goals.
  • Onboard new members into an existing large SIPP and provide tailored investment and pension advice.
  • Analyse client needs, create suitable financial plans, and deliver high-quality recommendations.
  • Complete risk profiles, fact-finds, and suitability reports using Finplan CRM.
  • Stay up to date with financial products, legislation, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by offering ongoing guidance, reviews, and updates on new products or legislative changes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (DipFA) required.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial advice and achieving results.
  • A strong work ethic and a client-first mindset. • Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • A professional and polished appearance, reflecting the high standards of the firm.
