Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) – Competitive Salary + Bonus
Location: Thames Ditton, Surrey
Salary: c. £40,000 + Bonus (OTE £120,000)
Hours: Core hours 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible for the right candidate)

Our client is a well-established independent financial advisory firm, offering expert guidance on mortgages, investments, savings, and pension planning. With a strong existing client portfolio, they are committed to delivering tailored financial solutions and long-term support.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct financial reviews for existing clients and onboard new SIPP members
• Analyse clients’ financial circumstances and provide tailored advice
• Complete risk profiles, fact finds, and suitability letters
• Stay up to date with financial products and regulatory changes
• Maintain compliance with financial legislation and disclosure requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Full DipFA Level 4 qualification (essential)
• Proven success in financial advisory services
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner and professional appearance
• Integrity, work ethic, and a client-focused approach
