Job Overview:
The Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the wholesale operations of the company. This position involves managing and processing wholesale orders, providing exceptional service to B2B clients, and supporting promotional campaigns. The Wholesale Administrator will also handle supplier relationships and assist with sourcing new products. While the responsibilities below outline key functions, additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process wholesale orders received via phone, email, and ecommerce platforms.
  • Respond to B2B customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing wholesale clients.
  • Maintain order quantities and proactively identify opportunities to upsell.
  • Support and execute promotional campaigns for wholesale clients.
  • Manage and update the CRM system for wholesale accounts.
  • Produce and analyse wholesale sales reports.
  • Ensure stock records are accurately maintained.
  • Coordinate with couriers and B2B suppliers for seamless order fulfillment.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to order processing, including new machine purchases and vending contracts.
  • Manage purchasing activities and liaise with suppliers.
  • Research and source new products as required.
  • Attend department and company meetings as necessary to stay informed and aligned with team goals.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and follow through on tasks independently.
  • A collaborative team player who is reliable and proactive.

Salary & Benefits:

  • This role offers a competitive salary of 23,400, along with 20 days of holiday, plus 8 bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthday. Benefits include free on-site car parking.
  • Hours Monday to Friday 8.30- 16.30 or 09.00-17.00
