6-Month Contract (Possible Permanent Role)
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in financial services administration? This is your chance to join a forward-thinking, organically growing national IFA firm on a critical 6-month contract with the potential to become permanent. Our client, a well-established firm with whom I’ve had the pleasure of working for years, is looking for a Client Data Migration Administrator to play a pivotal role in their exciting expansion.

- Flexible working: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to the Surrey and Scotland offices.

- Make an impact: You’ll be a crucial part of supporting the transition of clients and ensuring a smooth migration process for newly onboarded advisers.
In this role, you’ll focus on data migration, working closely with internal teams, lawyers, and regulators to facilitate the seamless transfer of client data. You’ll be involved in issuing new Terms of Business (TOBs), managing agency code changes with providers, and ensuring the project stays on track without disrupting income. Your attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders will be key to success.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, or IFA administration.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain focus on deadlines.
- A proactive, highly organized approach and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in financial administration tools.
