Salary: 25k-32K DOE

Our client is a commercial construction company based in Farnborough, with multiple refurbishments, commercial building and retail property maintenance projects located across the UK and Europe. With high service delivery standards at the forefront, they are looking for a meticulous and hardworking office administrator to work behind the scenes helping keep the company organised and allowing it grow as a brand. Key Responsibilities Of An Office Administrator:

  • Accurately input important data into the company system, such as invoices and project data.
  • Regularly maintain and update the system so that relevant information is readily available for managers.
  • Liaising with site managers and project managers on project data, costs and delivery invoices etc.
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, and dealing with queries from customers and clients alike, in a polite and professional manner.

Key Requirements For An Office Administrator:

  • Previous experience in a construction administrative role, ideally with data entry.
  • Exceptional teamwork ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask with several different tasks at once.
  • Excellent organisational skills to keep data neat and easily accessible.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365 is essential, particularly Excel.
  • Great communication skills to liaise with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail, and a drive for excellence.
