Location: Guildford

Contract Type: Temp to Perm or will consider straight perm

Salary: £29,900pa

Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm or 9am-5.30pm

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring they feel welcomed.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organised front office space that reflects our company's professional image.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate office operations.
  • Booking worldwide travel
  • Arranging visas, travel, and accommodation for colleagues, including verifying that passports are up to date
  • Liaising with the Accounts department on foreign currency and expense claims
  • Coordinating Client Meetings and Training Courses
  • Arranging catering as applicable
  • Administering training course bookings
  • Printing and binding course manuals and certificates
  • Events
  • Supporting on event bookings and contracts with suppliers.

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house, customer service role or PA role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with office software and equipment.
