Reed HR are seeking a HR Generalist to join our client - a large, fast-moving corporate organisation.

This role will report to the European HR Manager and will encompass a variety of HR functions including employee relations, contract management, training, liaising with payroll, and handling casework.

This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working two days a week following a successful probation period.

Standard working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a range of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and redundancy.
  • Draft and issue employee contracts and ensure compliance with employment law.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs to staff at all levels.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related transactions.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to managers and employees.
  • Support the European HR Manager with HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legislative changes.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist. ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
