We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with clear Distribution and Industrial experience.
Do you have the track record of delivering successful projects as a No1?
Our client is seeking someone, to oversee multiple projects.
They are looking for this role to dove tail with the Construction Director. To work intragluteally in making sure talent is developed while still delivering profitable projects. You will have the full responsibility of your sites. Having an impact at pre tender stage & the executive stage while on site. Does picking up an established team, seeking that natural leader fulfil your ambitions?
They have projects that are located all over the UK. They have a culture where they want their staff to be back home with the family each night. So the projects you will be handling will be South of the M25 down to the Southcoast of the UK.
The correct individual would have a passion for construction, with a can-do attitude, so all jobs get handed over on time.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of x3 projects delivered within the steel frame/ distribution sector (completion values between - 15-25 Million)
- Strong communication skills
- First Aid
- CSCS
- SMSTS
Major duties and responsibilities:
- Planning and successfully delivering industrial projects
- Site management while supervising and coordinating staff, sub-contractors, plant, materials and management information
- Maintaining strict quality control procedures
- Reporting on financial and operational progress
