An excellent opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Legal PA to join this well established and very well respected law firm in the heart of Surrey.

You will be supporting the Head of Department as well as a Partner and Senior Associate in the successful Dispute Resolution team.

Duties as follows:

  • Responsible for comprehensive diary management and arranging client meetings at Partner level.
  • To accurately prepare all legal correspondence and documents within a specified timeframe
  • Audio typing
  • To prepare and proof read court bundles
  • To liaise with and update clients on their respective cases in the absence of a Partner
  • To open, close and archive client files as required
  • To ensure that all photocopying and administrative tasks are completed by the Office Assistant
  • To prepare the conference room for meetings and arrange for refreshments if required.
  • To provide guidance to more junior secretaries by leading by example in terms of providing a professional service to clients
  • To undertake any specific training as and when required
  • To accurately operate the firm's case management system
  • To ensure the confidentiality of all the clients' and firm's documentation and information

My client is looking for a professional Legal PA with sound working knowledge of the Dispute Resolution or Litigation practice area and who has supported at Partner level or above.
