We are currently supporting a long-term client of ours who are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team due to internal growth and winning new business contracts. Job description

  • Working efficiently in a team dynamic to ensure that all administration processes are completed in accordance with SLA’s.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all clients and performing a variety of B2B tasks.
  • Processing all sales orders onto the CRM system accordingly and sending out logistical information on time with clients.
  • Building relationships with clients and external parties including managing all queries.
  • Organised all administration tasks with excellent attention to detail.
  • Creating stock analysis reports and providing an overview on specific product orders.
  • Sourcing new food products which could be the 'next big thing’.
  • Upselling stock to existing clients and providing an overview of additional products.
