TRAINEE NEGOTIATOR - GUILDFORD - UP TO £30K OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm

Saturday 9am to 4pm (day off in the week)

As a Trainee Negotiator, you will embark on a dynamic career path within renowned Estate and Lettings Agency. This entry-level role provides a unique opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced professionals in the Woking/ Guildford, property market. Your primary focus will be on assisting in property transactions, negotiations, and client interactions to contribute to the success of the team.

The successful candidate must have a professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach and be able to deliver under pressure, with excellent organisational and time management skills. The candidate will be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone. Excellent communication and organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail. Must be a team player but also able to work on their own and use their own initiative with a desire to meet and exceed targets. Own car and full clean UK driving licence required. Local knowledge of the Guildfor/Woking area required.

Job description:

  • Build positive relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements and preferences.
  • Act as a key point of contact, providing timely updates and information on available properties.
  • Accompany potential tenants/applicants on property viewings, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries.
  • Collect and provide feedback to enhance property presentation and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting offers, facilitating smooth negotiation processes.
  • Maintain meticulous records of property listings, client interactions, and negotiation details.
  • Stay updated on local Lettings/sales market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong desire to succeed in the Woking/Guildford real estate market.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Basic computer skills
