Duties and responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact, providing timely updates and information on available properties.
  • Accompany potential tenants on property viewings, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries.
  • Collect and deliver feedback to enhance property presentation and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting offers, smooth negotiation processes.
  • Maintain meticulous records of property listings, client interactions, and negotiation details.
  • Stay updated on local Lettings market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry developments.

  • Own car and full clean UK driving licence required.
