The ideal candidate must have a professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach and be able to work under pressure, good organisational and time management, an eye for detail, be well presented and confident in communicating over the phone as well as face to face.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements and preferences.
- Act as a key point of contact, providing timely updates and information on available properties.
- Accompany potential tenants on property viewings, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries.
- Collect and deliver feedback to enhance property presentation and marketing strategies.
- Assist in preparing and presenting offers, smooth negotiation processes.
- Maintain meticulous records of property listings, client interactions, and negotiation details.
- Stay updated on local Lettings market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry developments.

Lettings experience is not necessary as we are looking for the right personality and a `can do` attitude to join the team!
