Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with business goals. Provide strategic HR advice to senior leadership, ensuring the business needs are balanced with employee well-being.

Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, attracting and retaining top-tier talent while ensuring effective onboarding and retention strategies are in place.

Performance & Development: Drive performance management systems and employee development initiatives to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce. Implement succession planning and development programmes to build a capable workforce for future business needs.

Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing expert guidance on people-related matters. Lead employee engagement initiatives that encourage collaboration, recognition, and a positive, supportive work culture.

Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure the business is fully compliant with UK employment law, regularly reviewing and improving HR policies and practices.
About You:

Experience: You will have a proven track record (8+ years) as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, ideally in industries such as IT,Engineering, Energy, or other Technology field.

HR Expertise: You will have extensive experience in HR strategy execution, talent management, and performance improvement, with a strong ability to develop succession plans and employee development programmes.

Knowledge: A deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices, with the confidence to advise senior leadership on policies, compliance, and HR best practices.

Communication: You will have excellent communication skills and a high degree of cultural awareness, enabling you to effectively manage a diverse workforce and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
