We are currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Analyst for a growing MSP with a focus on developing future cybersecurity talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT support professional looking to expand their skills and eventually transition into a cybersecurity role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support, resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot client-reported issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain secure IT systems and assist with security-related tasks.
- Document all issues, resolutions, and technical procedures to enhance internal knowledge.
- As you progress, gain exposure to cybersecurity functions such as incident management, vulnerability assessments, and security monitoring.
