Providing 1st line network support for LAN/WAN infrastructure.

Monitoring performance, ensuring system reliability, and troubleshooting issues.

Supporting, configuring, and installing network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

Performing system upgrades, security patches, and maintenance.
-
Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth network operations.

Developing comprehensive User Acceptance Tests and documentation for new installations.
-
Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
-
At least 3 years’ experience in network engineering.

Strong knowledge of Fortinet, Cisco, or Juniper WAN/LAN solutions.

Familiarity with PRTG, Visio, and a plus if you know VMware technologies.

Solid understanding of switching technologies (STP, VLANs, VTP).

Experience with optical networking, SFPs/GBICs, and fiber connections.
