We're partnering with a fast-growing company based in Guildford, specialising in luxury products. We're looking for passionate individuals who are eager to take on new challenges and thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment

Role Overview:

A part of the Merchandising team, you'll set up and keep our systems running smoothly to ensure everything's on track.

  • Managing intake process from PO to warehouse, coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders.
  • Evaluates shipment schedules, facilitates bookings, and presents the Shipment Schedule bi-weekly at Cash Flow OTB meetings.
  • Supports PO creation, ensuring accuracy in volumes, quantities, CBM, and cost prices while maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicates weekly intake, resolves delivery issues, manages backorders, and ensures website SKUs are enabled.
  • Builds strong relationships with suppliers, warehousing, and shipping partners, and supports the team during peak periods.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally, you will have a degree and at least 1 year of retail experience
  • Must be comfortable working with numbers and have intermediate Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • A confident communicator.
  • A candidate with Strong attention to detail.
