Project Coordinator – High-End Residential

Location: London & Surrey (travel required between South West London and Country offices)

4Site Recruitment is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our client, a leading high-end residential main contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a background in document control, procurement (buying), and construction administration who is looking to take the next step in their career.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of multiple luxury residential projects, maintaining the highest standards in site coordination, health & safety, compliance, and project administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Oversee and support 2-3 high-end residential projects, ensuring seamless site operations and communication between stakeholders.

  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities align with health & safety regulations, coordinate training, maintain documentation, and assist in incident reporting to drive continuous improvement.

  • Procurement & Buying Support: Assist with procurement processes, liaise with suppliers, and manage purchasing documentation to support the delivery of luxury residential finishes.

  • Construction Administration & Document Control: Manage project documentation, maintain up-to-date records, ensure compliance with company policies, and oversee revisions where necessary.

  • Site Logistics & Communication: Support the construction team by organising site logistics, coordinating site access, and ensuring smooth communication between office and site teams.

  • Progress Monitoring: Track site progress, identify challenges, and assist in resolving issues while upholding the company’s commitment to quality and efficiency.

  • Client & Community Engagement: Act as a key point of contact post-completion, managing aftercare, addressing client concerns efficiently, and contributing to community engagement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in document control, construction administration, or procurement/buying within the construction industry (ideally high-end residential).

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations, compliance, and construction best practices.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively between site teams, office staff, clients, and suppliers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (experience with procurement or document control systems is a plus).

  • Flexibility to travel between project sites in London and Surrey, as well as the company's country office in Surrey.
