Senior Project Manager – High-End Residential
Location: Notting Hill / Holland Park
Salary: £85,000+ (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of a high-end residential project valued at £6M+. This is an opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering bespoke luxury homes with complex structural and interior requirements.

The Role:

Lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery to the highest standards.
Oversee underpinning, RC frame/structural work, and high-end residential interiors.
Take full responsibility for scheduling, planning, and execution – must be highly IT proficient (MS Project & Procore).
Read and interpret drawings, identify risks, and report findings.
Work independently while reporting to the Contracts Manager.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience managing high-end residential projects £6M+.
Strong technical understanding of structural work & high-end interiors.
Proficient in MS Project & Procore – must be able to schedule and manage independently.
Track record of delivering on promises – we need doers, not talkers.

Interview Process:

Initial Teams Call – Experience & suitability check.
Technical Task – Review drawings & report key findings/issues.
In-Person Meeting & Site Walk – Final stage assessment.
