Are you a Civil Engineer looking for a fully autonomous role where you will play a key part in a well established company that has been experiencing significant growth offering the chance to be the technical lead on both commercial and residential projects offering opportunity to progress right through to directorship?

Since their establishment in 2004 this company specialises in providing high-quality planning and engineering solutions for both public and private sector clients. Their work includes transport planning, flood risk management, drainage strategies, and infrastructure advice, with a strong focus on sustainable development.

This varied role will see you work as part of a tight-knit team based in Guildford contributing to the successful delivery of development schemes where you will be responsible for producing reports, assessments, and detailed drawings. This is a hybrid role where you will liaison closely with other departments and clients.

This is a suitable role for a Civil Engineer looking to play a key role in project planning and execution within a company well positioned in the industry utilising your technical experience to deliver top grade outcomes.

The Role:

  • Leading the design and execution of engineering projects focused on development
  • Conducting Flood Risk Assessments and formulating Drainage Strategies
  • Using AutoCAD, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, and other engineering tools to design and assess infrastructure solutions
  • Managing projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations
  • Collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to create innovative and practical solutions

The Person:

  • Civil Engineer or similar
  • Experience in Flood Risk Assessments and developing Drainage Strategies
  • Proficient in AutoCAD or similar
