- Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare court documents
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
- Maintain accurate case records and billing information
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal developments relevant to litigation practiceÂ
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in litigation
- Proven experience handling a variety of litigation matters
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
- Excellent legal research and writing abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Client-focused approach with exceptional communication skillsÂ
