They are the leading residential development and urban regeneration legal team in the country acting for 18 of the top 20 UK housebuilders, institutional landowners and other large-scale sector participants.
Responsibilities:-
As a Legal Secretary within this esteemed Residential Development team you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Plot team.
- Diary Management: You’ll expertly handle diaries, appointments, and deadlines, ensuring impeccable coordination for our fee earners and Partners.
- Drafting Support: Your adeptness with legal documentation will shine as you assist with drafting SDLTs, applying for 0S1s, and preparing SIMs.
- Contract Administration: You’ll assemble contract packs and bundles that will facilitate smooth transactions for our clients.
- File Organisation: Efficient file management will be your strength. You’ll be the key to the team’s efficiency.
You will work closely with one of the leading Residential Development Partners and Head of Office. You will play a vital role by efficiently managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations for the Guildford office.

The ideal candidate will be highly professional and have previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within property. You will have top-notch diary management skills along with a fast and accurate typing speed and proficiency in case management systems.
