Part-Time Legal Administrator

Location: Guildford (Free Parking)Rate: £15 per hourHours: 22.5 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a well-established family law firm in Guildford.

We are seeking a passionate individual with a strong background working within the legal sector to join and provide administrative support across the teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing HM Revenue & Customs Inheritance Tax forms.
  • Drafting Oaths and other documents for Probate applications.
  • Making applications for Grants of Probate.
  • Drafting letter to clients.
  • Dealing with Land Registry services, OCE, Leases, Priority searches, Bankruptcy searches.
  • LMS administration and renewal.
  • Managing time Recording.
  • Responding to the enquiries via emails/ calls
  • Assisting fee earners with probate queries

Skills & Experience:

  • Audio Typing
  • Proven administration experience in probate or property law.
  • Familiarity with legal systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and workload effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly, professional attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
