Henry Martin is partnering with a Tier 1 main contractor to assist in their search for a proactive and highly organised Site Administrator based in Guildford. Due to business growth, our client is looking for a confident and detail-oriented professional to support the smooth operation of their construction projects.

As the Site Administrator, you will be the cornerstone of the site team, ensuring seamless communication, accurate documentation, and compliance with company processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project documentation, records, and files.
  • Schedule and coordinate site meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.
  • Ensure timely and precise submission of reports, permits, and other essential documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the site team, including timesheets, expense management, and supplier coordination.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to maintain efficient project operations.
  • Maintain a safe, well-organized, and professional site office environment.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
