Personal Assistant (PA to the CEO)

Location: Guildford (free parking on site / 5 minute walk from Guildford main train station)

Salary: Circa £26000 (depending on experience)

Full time, Permanent

Office based (with occasional travel to meetings, other companies within the group etc)

Essential: Driving licence

The CEO of this well established and fast growing business is looking for a Personal Assistant to support him on a daily basis. This is a very busy role that will require you to multitask, prioritise, organise and continuously communicate with others.

Being the owner of multiple businesses and properties, your responsibilities will include (but definitely not limited to:

  • Daily diary management
  • Arranging and attending meetings
  • Traveling to different businesses
  • Life and business admin
  • Making calls
  • Replying to emails
  • Managing a small lettings portfolio
  • Reconciling payments and invoices
  • Planning applications - interior and exterior
  • Assisting in the office if/when needed

  • Able to remain clam under pressure

  • Happy to help wherever needed
  • Excellent communicator
  • Personable and able to build lasting relationships
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, CRM systems and social media
