Job specification:
As an Administrator, you'll deliver exceptional and professional administration services to a range of clients. Your main tasks will include:
- Efficiently servicing and renewing new and existing policies, including distributing renewal documents, chasing payments, and handling general administration and underwriting requirements.
- Ensuring seamless policy renewals by maintaining clear communication with clients and relevant parties.
- Managing and updating the client database regularly.
- Overseeing the daily administration of client schemes, addressing queries from members and HR, and managing leavers and joiners.
- Maintaining an internal database to ensure accuracy and organization.
Person specification:
- Previous experience in an insurer environment is essential.
- Strong product knowledge in Income Protection, Life Assurance, and Private Medical Insurance.
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and an easy-to-work-with manner.
- Exceptional client service skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while also being a team player.
- Highly organised, dependable, and reliable.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills to establish professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A driven and adaptable personality with a work ethic focused on delivering accurate results within tight deadlines.
