We have an exciting opportunity for a confident EA to support a HNW entrepreneur in both a business and private capacity. This is a varied, fast paced role supporting the Principal and his family, providing personalised PA / Administrative support and property / project management services.

The Principle is involved in a number of successful, small businesses, they own a portfolio of properties and are involved in number of projects, including an upcoming large building project on 15 acres of land in the Guildford area. The role is extremely varied and we are looking for someone with a real 'can do' attitude, who will throw themselves into all all aspects of the job, including the mundane tasks.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Acting as the point of contact between the Principal and external providers
  • Diary management
  • Organising events
  • Arranging travel
  • Managing suppliers
  • Building effective relationships with key contacts both internally and externally
  • Running 'errands' including taking care of supermarket shopping, returning parcels, picking up supplies as needed for the business or building work, even walking the family dog on occasion!
  • Providing office management support for one business, including overseeing the day to day running of the office, resolving any facilities issues, ordering supplies etc.

This role requires excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects at one time. Applicants must drive and live within an easy commute of Guildford, Surrey. Please note this role is fully office based in Guildford, with some travel as required in the local area.
