Location: Guildford (1 day a week in-office)Basic Salary: £40K - £45K + Excellent Uncapped Commission

About the Role: Join our dynamic team as a Senior Account Manager! You will be responsible for securing new clients, generating sales, and managing customer accounts, all while maintaining a high level of service and integrity. This role offers a flexible work arrangement, with only one day a week in our Guildford office.
Key Responsibilities:
Senior Account Manager
- Maintain exceptional customer service and business integrity.
- Act as a brand ambassador.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote the business.
- Achieve Gross Profit targets and KPIs.
- Develop and manage relationships across customer accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
Senior Account Manager
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling CCaaS/UCaaS solutions (preferably Zoom, 8x8, Five9, Mitel, Microsoft).
- Proven track record of engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes.
- A highly driven, motivated, and proactive individual.
- Experience acquiring new logos with TCV £500k+.
- Must be able to commute to Guildford at least once a week.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-centric.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dynamics.
- Ability to lead virtual teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
