Great opportunity to work as a Project Co-Ordinator / Office Manager for an award-winning communications consultancy who are experts in change communications and working with global organisations to improve organisational culture and behaviours.

The Project Co-Ordinator / Office Manager role is fully remote and requires an individual who has got proven ability through experience of providing support to consultants with all elements of client project administration co-ordination. In addition 50% of the role focuses on business administration and ops support for a team of 10 people working remotely in London and the South East therefore requires a proactive approach to acting as the vital communication link in the business and acting as the main point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.

Candidates MUST live within 1 hour of Guildford and Central London.

Project Co-Ordinator/Office Manager Benefits:

  • 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday (Flexible 4 days week considered)
  • Fully remote with 1 day a month in offices at Guildford or London
  • Annual Leave: 28 days plus bank holidays
  • Salary £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
  • Bonus: Generous annual bonus company and individual performance dependant.

The skills we are looking for in a Project Co-Ordinator/Office Manager are:

  • Educated to Degree or equivalent standard preferably.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a small business/management consultancy environment.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience of proofing and formatting MS Word Docs and PowerPoint Presentations and managing project budgets on Excel. (Intermediate skills as a minimum)
  • Diary management and travel planning including prep of detailed itineraries and meeting packs.
  • Experience of managing relationships with 3rd Party suppliers eg printers, designers, venues and ensuring they meet deadlines.
  • Experience of project planning or administration and capacity to demonstrate proactive process management and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are kept on track.
  • Quick to learn new technology tools eg Wrike (project planning), Xero (financial tool for PO’s invoice, time tracking). Teams - advanced tools (breakout rooms; polls etc).
  • Experience of working in a service delivery or consultancy environment with direct contact with clients and ability to build rapport.
  • Meeting planning, agendas and taking of action points in meetings.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to keep everyone in the business informed and updated on projects.
