Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager

The Payroll Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of payrolls across multiple EMEA countries. This position is responsible for reconciling tax liabilities and other withholdings in accordance with country-specific regulations. The role requires close collaboration with Finance, Benefits, Human Resources, and Stock Plan Administration teams to ensure all reporting is accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all payroll-related activities.Data Management: Handle payroll data for new hires, terminations, stock income, fringe benefits, bonuses, and more.Benefits and Pension Support: Collaborate with the Benefits team to manage benefits and pension processing.International Taxation: Work with accounting firms to support employees on international assignments regarding tax matters.Financial Reporting: Partner with finance team members to ensure accurate payroll recording in the company’s accounts.Risk Management: Identify operational and regulatory risks, and develop clear mitigation plans.Customer Service: Provide high-value customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrate personal leadership, ownership, and a solution-focused approach. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant payroll experience, specifically processing payrolls in EMEA countries.Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, process mapping, and project management skills.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail.Communication: Proficient in both written and verbal communication.Compliance Knowledge: Expert knowledge of EMEA payroll compliance.Technical Proficiency: Experience with Workday HCM and ADP Celergo is preferred. Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
