A multinational business is seeking a Compliance Manager to join the team based in Guildford, Surrey. This role will require you to be on-site 4 days per week and you are able to work from home 1 day per week.

Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that all employees have up to date accreditations and are fully compliant with UK regulations. You will also manage the training and development portal for all employees, utilising IT systems to manage data effectively including ensuring that training reporting schedules are up-to-date and essential training certifications are compliant. You will identify training grants that are accessible to the business as well as maintaining all essential training records accurately in line with legislation. In addition to this, you will manage the auditing schedule, compile data into reports and provide administrative support as required.

In order to be suitable for this role, you will be a diligent and well-organised professional with a proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. You will be a conscientious and positive team player that has a keen eye for detail.
