We are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager for a leading public sector organisation. This is a hybrid role and you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple estates / construction projects.

This is an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of an extension.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple high-profile projects across a large property portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse range of estates development projects, from refurbishments to new builds, ensuring strategic objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of multiple estates projects, managing each from inception to completion.
  • Create and present board packs to senior stakeholders, providing clear updates and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with long-term estate strategies.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.

  • Proven experience in managing estates or construction projects, ideally in a public sector or multi-site environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and present at board level.
  • Experience in managing budgets, resources, and project risks.
