Vacancy: SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Guildford, GU1
Salary: £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A highly successful Guildford based independent Estate & Lettings Agency is looking to recruit an experienced SeniorProperty Manager to help with the running of their substantial managed portfolio of local homes.
For this position you will need have a great track record In Residential Property Management and a decent knowledge of the legislation, notices and processes involved in lettings.
You will be a real people person; be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords and Tenants, contractors and colleagues; show empathy and understanding and you must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure.
Good time management skills are essential as is the ability to prioritise and be thoroughly organised.
You’ll be great on the have superb attention to detail and be a confident and unflappable individual.
Car owner and previous experience essential!
The Company: Our client is a forward thinking, successful, dynamic independent Sales and Lettings agency, well known in the local area and with an expanding business portfolio.
Skills required for this Senior Property Manager role will include:
- Previous Property Management experience
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the local area helpful
- Full UK Driving License
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
