A Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy with a strong focus in developing their Guildford offering, are seeking a confident Project Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working under their own steam.
The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role
Reporting into the Directors, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will play a leading role as a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent on a large housing schemes that covers London, Greater London, and Surrey.
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will immerse yourself in a variety of high-profile residential projects, playing a crucial role in both project delivery and the growth of the team. This is not just a job; it's a career-defining opportunity with limitless potential for progression to a Senior/Associate role, in a highly client-facing capacity.

The Project Quantity Surveyor
路 MRICS ideally or working towards
路 A RICS Accredited degree qualification
路 3+ years, Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent experience
路 Chartered Surveying / Consultancy background
路 Pre and post contract experience
路 Good communication skills
路 Driving licence (MUST)
