Collins Property Recruitment is working with a well-established, Surrey-based independent Estate Agency who is looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join this small, yet dynamic Lettings team, to work alongside the dedicated Lettings Manager to develop this department. Located in the buzzy town of Guildford offering a wide selection of shopping, boutique restaurants and good transport links to neighbouring towns. Key responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator:

  • Handle the daily enquiries from prospective tenants.
  • Arrange and carry out viewings with prospective tenants and follow up appointments accordingly.
  • Negotiating offers with Landlords and Tenants in a professional manner.
  • Prepare all the necessary paperwork for the new tenancies and ensuring the computer system is updated.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • Work alongside the company owners in promoting the business.
  • Identify opportunities for valuations and actively seeking new business.
  • Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.

Required skill sets for Lettings Negotiator:

  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ideally 6-12 months experience in Residential Lettings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.
  • A full UK driving license.
