  • Client Interaction - Communicate with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing advice on buying, selling, or renting properties.
  • Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse market trends to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values and rental rates.
