Collins Property Recruitment is working with a high-end property consultancy in Surrey to help source an additional Property Manager to join their Guildford Branch.We are seeking an individual who has previous experience within the property sector ideally in lettings or property management. The successful candidate will be sharing a portfolio of 220 properties with another Property Manager within the business.Other responsibilities of the Property Manager include:
- Manage and execute a high level of Property Management knowledge whilst managing a residential portfolio.
- Taking leadership on tenancy transactions and renewals.
- Managing all facilities and maintenance issues.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience of Property Management or lettings is essential.
- High levels of customer service, relationship building is essential.
- Working knowledge of inhouse databases would be an advantage.

- Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Holiday: 20 Days
- Salary: Up to £32,000
