Your Mission:

You'll provide crucial support to the Head of Talent Acquisition, ensuring the recruitment process is seamless and effective. Your role will include:

Managing candidates through the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Logging applications efficientlyScheduling and coordinating interviews

Sourcing, Screening and speaking to potential employees that could be a great fit for the organisation. Posting job adverts on relevant platforms i.e. LinkedInetcProviding timely feedback to candidates and agenciesGeneral recruitment administration dutiesAttending career fairs and recruitment eventsSupporting onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
