Role Overview:
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with residents while ensuring that our refurbishment projects run smoothly. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to residents during internal refurbishments, particularly within kitchen and bathroom upgrades. Your primary focus will be to ensure clear communication, minimize disruption, and address any resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents on liveprojects.
  • Provide residents with regular updates and information regarding project timelines, work schedules, and potential disruptions.
  • Address resident queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Liaise with the site team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of communication with residents and work to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Support the Site Manager and project team in ensuring that work is carried out in line with health and safety standards.
  • Help manage resident access and coordinate the delivery of materials and services to minimise inconvenience.
  • Ensure that the refurbishment work, particularly kitchens and bathrooms, aligns with resident expectations and project specifications.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, ideally within the social housing sector.
  • Strong experience in internal refurbishments, particularly in kitchen and bathroom upgrades.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving and managing resident expectations.
  • A clear understanding of social housing regulations, policies, and standards.
