Location: Hybrid – Covering the South East of England (Oxfordshire, Norfolk, Surrey, Hampshire, Wiltshire, and Kent)
Package: £44,000 - £48,000 (DOE), Company Car, Private Healthcare, Maternity Leave, Life Assurance, Health Cash Plan

As a Field Sales Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of client relationships, working alongside a talented team to develop cutting-edge solutions for the manufacturing industry. You’ll have the autonomy to drive sales, solve challenges creatively, and make a real difference in our client’s growth across the South East.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and nurture client relationships
  • Provide product training and customer support
  • Recommend innovative processes and product solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts

What We’re Looking For:

  • Mechanical Engineering background (HNC/HND not essential)
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and cutting tools
  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration
  • Creative, analytical, and confident in taking initiative
  • Full UK driving licence
