Role Overview:
We are currently looking for an M&E Site Manager to support on large scale projects based in Guildford. This is a permanent role with great opportunities to grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure progress aligns with schedules.
- Manage milestones, track instructions, and oversee installation drawings for smooth commissioning and handover.
- Monitor performance of engineering staff and subcontractors to meet quality and program requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, risk assessments, and compliance with ITPs.
- Proactively resolve Mechanical & Electrical issues and summarize lessons learned in project completion reports.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage stakeholders and teams.
- In-depth understanding of construction principles, health & safety procedures, and technical documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-pound projects, preferably in the water industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and coordination.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
